No wonder Indonesian football has never won a proud achievement. Never mind the achievements of Asian and world level, in the Southeast Asian level we still struggled. I understand where lies the problem .. Look at the feud that occurred in the body PSSI! They claim to dignitaries and lovers of Indonesian football, but look at their behavior! Almost every day it works only at loggerheads and the endless debate ... are severe, they are now fragmented. They were very "excited" to maintain his own arguments. One party insisted on wanting G. Toisuta and Arifin Panigoro still be accepted as candidates PSSI chairman, others have insisted on FIFA decision that crossed out the names of those ... They split up and  a form group calling themselves "group 78" hahaha!!! This is really funny and ironic ...

A friend said "this is the vision of a smart football, "but this is useless because it is not supported by people who are loyal to a vision for football in particular and Indonesia in general. I remember in my previous article "Tips for Surviving in Togetherness" that one important element to maintain unity in achieving success is loyal to the same vision and understanding of the vision. I really believe, "commotion" among the top brass are due to low PSSI their loyalty to  vision and Indonesian football in general. It appears now is that they are very arrogant, and loyal to their personal interests and factions. I dare say it because it does not appear on their characteristics as a group who love and are ready to sacrifice for the achievement of a vision and mission of Indonesian football. A vision and mission can be successfully implemented and achieved, if backed by a man who loves and is ready to sacrifice for her. Many examples of good and solid organization in the world. They work hard to realize its vision and mission, they realize there is no guarantee for a success even though they have sacrificed and heartfelt. Hmm! can you imagine ... what can be obtained by an organization that day-to-day fill in the quarrels and discord among the group ... hahaha! We indeed must be patient for watching  Indonesian football to excel on the world stage!
